  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard together, then add minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with kosher salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle any remaining marinade on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade. If you prefer boneless chicken thighs, adjust the cooking time as they will cook faster. Marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight for more intense flavor.
