- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and cooked protein.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, then roll it tightly, sealing the edges with water.
Cooking
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
Notes
