- Combine all ingredients in a blender starting with the sweet potato and frozen banana.
- Add milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Add peanut butter for richness.
- Blend until smooth for about 20-40 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Best served chilled. Optionally add a sprinkle of cinnamon or drizzle of honey on top. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
