  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups cooked rice White or brown rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.

Cooking Ground Beef

  2. Reduce the heat to low. Stir in hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and heated through.
Cooking Vegetables
  1. In another pan, sauté your mixed vegetables until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Serving
  1. To serve, place a generous amount of cooked rice in a bowl, top with the spicy ground beef mixture, and add the sautéed vegetables on the side.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle any remaining hot honey on top for extra flavor.

Notes

For a milder dish, reduce the amount of hot honey or choose mild honey. Customize the veggies based on your preferences.
