- Add in the pitted dates, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Process these ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined pan.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.
- Cut the cooled mixture into bars and enjoy!
