Ingredients
  

Meat and Flavoring
  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for a lighter version.
  • 1 package taco seasoning Follow package instructions.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings and Assembly
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package mini phyllo pastry cups

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooked taco meat, crushed tortilla chips, and green onions.
Baking
  1. Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each cup with the taco mixture.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm. Pair with extra ranch or salsa for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
