Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked taco meat, crushed tortilla chips, and green onions.
Baking
- Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each cup with the taco mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
