- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, and peanut butter.
- Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
- If you’re using honey or maple syrup, add it now and stir again.
- Sprinkle in the chopped peanuts and dark chocolate chips, then give it a quick stir or leave them layered on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until thickened.
Serving
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if needed before serving.
Notes
Serve right out of the jar or bowl. Enjoy cold or let sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Top with extra chopped peanuts or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for a treat. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, keeping them covered. Consider adding banana slices or jelly for variety.
