Preparation
- Crush the graham crackers into small pieces.
- Add a layer of crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a cup.
- Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate pudding.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream and chocolate chips on top.
- Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add nuts or crushed candy bars. Use homemade chocolate pudding for richer flavor. For a twist, add a layer of peanut butter.
