Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form cups.
Baking
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and immediately fill each cup with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. A sprinkle of sea salt can enhance the flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or refrigerate for about a week. Reheat in the microwave to restore gooeyness.
