- In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh or frozen fruit, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and sweetener to taste.
- Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it’s evenly frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. For serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes until it softens slightly.
