Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cubed baby potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are crispy.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and smash it slightly while it cooks until browned.
- Add the diced onions to the beef and cook until they are soft and golden.
Assembly
- In a bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, roasted potatoes, and the hot beef mixture.
- Drizzle with warm cheddar cheese sauce and burger sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
