Ingredients
  

For the Roasted Potatoes
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Beef Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
For the Assembly
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • ½ cup burger sauce (a mix of mayo, ketchup, and mustard)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cubed baby potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are crispy.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and smash it slightly while it cooks until browned.
  5. Add the diced onions to the beef and cook until they are soft and golden.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, layer the chopped lettuce, roasted potatoes, and the hot beef mixture.
  2. Drizzle with warm cheddar cheese sauce and burger sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, reheat in the microwave or on the stove until heated through. To save time, prep your ingredients ahead of time. Change toppings or add favorite condiments for a twist.
