- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and light brown sugar. Stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low. Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Continue whisking for about 2 to 3 minutes until the porridge thickens into a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the porridge into bowls.
- Top each bowl with ground cinnamon, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
