  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar Add more to taste if desired
  • 3 tablespoons fine semolina Whisk in gradually to prevent lumps

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and light brown sugar. Stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low. Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
  3. Continue whisking for about 2 to 3 minutes until the porridge thickens into a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the porridge into bowls.
  5. Top each bowl with ground cinnamon, fresh blueberries, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the porridge with additional toppings such as sliced bananas or nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
