- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve the chicken thighs with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad. For a sweet option, add honey or brown sugar to the marinade. Adjust marinating time for deeper flavor.
