  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For color and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika to create a seasoning blend.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets.

  1. Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is dry before applying the seasoning for a better coating. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to taste; add more garlic or spice it up with cayenne pepper. For an extra zing, drizzle additional lemon juice after cooking!
