Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the almond milk, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if you like.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and enjoy your protein-packed cake!
