Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients: two ripe bananas, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla wafers.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the protein powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. In serving cups or a dish, layer your vanilla wafers, protein custard, and banana slices.
  4. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of custard on top.
  5. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 1 hour to help it set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your dessert!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Just give it a stir before serving again. You can also customize this pudding by adding layers of other fruits or drizzling nut butter on top.
