- In a blender, combine the banana and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into a glass, leaving some for the next layers.
- Clean the blender well, then blend the strawberries with a little almond milk until smooth. Carefully layer this on top of the banana layer.
- Clean the blender again, then blend the mango with almond milk and layer it on top of the strawberries.
- Blend the spinach with almond milk until smooth and layer it on top of the mango.
- Finally, blend the blueberries with any remaining almond milk and layer it on top.
Notes
Enjoy the smoothie fresh out of the blender. Serve it in a tall glass to showcase the layers or in a bowl topped with granola.
