  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana Ripe for sweetness
  • 1 cup yogurt Plain or flavored; Greek for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for extra sweetness
  • to taste Ice cubes Can be skipped if using frozen pineapple

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, and orange juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey for sweetness and ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
  4. Blend again until well combined.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in tall glasses with a garnish of fresh fruit for a tropical look. Can be turned into a smoothie bowl topped with granola or fresh fruit.
