Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a lined muffin tin or silicone mold.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle or pour it over the oat mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until set.
- Once hardened, remove from the mold and enjoy your no-bake peanut butter oat cups!
Notes
Store the Peanut Butter Oat Cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be stored in the freezer; just thaw before enjoying again.
