  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk (such as almond or coconut) Adjust according to desired consistency.

Preparation
  1. Add the frozen bananas, creamy peanut butter, flaxseed meal (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and nondairy milk to your blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding a little more liquid if too thick.
  4. Once blended to your liking, transfer the smoothie to a bowl.
