- In a blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add honey for sweetness and a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
- Blend again until well combined.

Notes
Serve fresh right after blending. You can garnish with some fresh peach slices or a sprig of mint for an extra touch. If there are leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
