Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel the carrots and slice them into even pieces.
- Place the sliced carrots in a 9x13 baking dish.
Mixing
- Melt 1/3 cup of butter and pour it over the carrots. Toss them to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, parsley, salt, and pepper over the carrots. Mix everything well.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour, stirring halfway through.
- The carrots are done when they are fork-tender.
Notes
Store leftover glazed carrots in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a skillet on the stove. Feel free to add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor!
