Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, mix in the granulated sugar until everything is well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract; beat the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chopped peanuts.
Baking
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it around.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
