Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers bars Chopped into small pieces
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • as needed Chocolate chips for topping Optional
Caramel Swirl
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, mix in the granulated sugar until everything is well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; beat the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chopped peanuts.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it around.
  3. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
