Ingredients
  

For the dessert cups
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed for layering
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped until soft peaks form
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar To sweeten the cream cheese mixture
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened for blending
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding Use store-bought for convenience
  • 1 cup whipped topping For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Assembly
  1. In serving cups, layer the crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding.
  2. Top with whipped topping and additional crushed Oreos if desired.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve cold with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for flair. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, covered with plastic wrap. These dessert cups can be made a day in advance.
