Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Assembly
- In serving cups, layer the crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate pudding.
- Top with whipped topping and additional crushed Oreos if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve cold with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for flair. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, covered with plastic wrap. These dessert cups can be made a day in advance.
