Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Let it soften at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Seasoning and Flavorings
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Olives and Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives Chop into small pieces.
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives Chop into small pieces.
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives Chop into small pieces.
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Plus extra for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together until creamy.
  3. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped green olives, black olives, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix gently.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, garnish with extra parsley or olives, and serve chilled.

Notes

This dip is perfect for game day, cocktail parties, or casual movie nights. Serve with pita chips, vegetables, or crackers. For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes. Experiment with different types of cheese or flavored olives. For a vegetarian or vegan version, substitute cream cheese and sour cream with vegan alternatives.
