Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, salt, and any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or dried fruits.
  3. In another bowl, combine the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until everything is well integrated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
