Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, salt, and any optional ingredients like chocolate chips or dried fruits.
- In another bowl, combine the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until everything is well integrated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
