- Crush the Oreo Thins and fold them into the creamy mixture.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the bites for about 15 minutes to firm them up.
- Optionally, roll the bites in chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Store the cheesecake bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. They can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days if enjoyed soon.
