Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and mushrooms until soft.

  4. Butterfly each chicken breast and fill them with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
