Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter Use creamy or crunchy, based on preference.
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed Riper bananas are sweeter.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Use your preferred flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Can also include nuts or dried fruit.
  • Nuts, seeds, or spices (optional) Experiment with different add-ins.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or using silicone muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, mashed bananas, protein powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit if desired.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
Baking
  1. Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the tops are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Let them cool before removing from the tin. Enjoy these cups as a breakfast, snack, or post-workout treat!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
