Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless for best results
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the chicken
For the tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for garnish
  • 1 piece cucumber Diced for mixing with the sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Chopped for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  2. While the chicken is baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing together yogurt, garlic, and cucumber, then stir in the halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  4. Serve the chicken hot with tzatziki sauce on top and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve with warm pita bread or couscous. Add steamed vegetables or a garden salad for a complete meal.
