  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and diced Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) Can be substituted with coconut milk for creaminess.
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes (optional) For a colder, thicker smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the diced mangoes, banana, yogurt, orange juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in tall glasses and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint. Enjoy fresh within a day, giving it a shake before drinking.
