- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball into a thin cracker shape.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each cracker and lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the crackers to cool before serving.
