  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped for flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • as needed Lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon, skin side down, in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
  4. Flip the fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and dill to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Serve the salmon with sauce drizzled on top and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, fresh salad, or rice/quinoa to soak up the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating gently.
