- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon, skin side down, in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and dill to the pan and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve the salmon with sauce drizzled on top and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables, fresh salad, or rice/quinoa to soak up the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating gently.
