- In a blender, combine the avocado, blueberries, banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a garnish of fresh blueberries or a slice of lemon on the rim. Pairs well with whole-grain toast or a handful of nuts for a well-rounded meal.
