Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a 2-quart baking pan, mash the banana with the back of a fork until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients into the baking dish and stir well until the mixture is combined.
Baking
- Place the baking pan in the oven and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes to set, then serve.
Notes
Serve warm topped with fresh berries, sliced bananas, nut butter, or your favorite milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat individual portions in the microwave.
