  • 1 cup cheese blend Shredded mozzarella and cream cheese for stretchy texture
  • 2 large eggs Helps bind the dough together
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak Thinly sliced; ribeye or sirloin recommended
  • 1 cup bell peppers Chopped; red and green for vibrant color
  • 1 medium onion Sliced; adds depth to the filling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the thinly sliced beef along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, around 4-6 minutes.
  5. Take portions of dough and flatten them. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and seal the dough around it.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a greased baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and the cheese has melted.
  8. Let the rolls rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm straight from the oven, optionally with a low-carb dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for a month.
