Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced beef along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, around 4-6 minutes.
- Take portions of dough and flatten them. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and seal the dough around it.
- Arrange the rolls on a greased baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and the cheese has melted.
- Let the rolls rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm straight from the oven, optionally with a low-carb dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for a month.
