- In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Lay out lettuce leaves or wraps, place a portion of the meat mixture on each, and roll them up.
Notes
Best served warm. Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or skillet.
