- Allow filling to cool slightly.
Shaping the Pies
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each between parchment paper into circles.
- Place meat filling in the center and fold or top with another dough circle.
- Seal the edges well.
Baking
- Arrange the pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cooling
- Let the meat pies cool for a few minutes before serving.
