  1. Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking them until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Introduce the asparagus and lemon juice into the pan, cooking until the asparagus is tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to dry the shrimp well before cooking for better searing. You can adjust the amount of garlic butter to your taste. Substitute asparagus with broccoli or green beans for a different twist. Extra lemon juice can be drizzled for added freshness.
