Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, then add the egg and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 portions to shape into breadsticks and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
