Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Add shredded or cubed chicken, broccoli, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and half the bacon to the cream sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Top the casserole with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Best served hot. Pair with a green salad or cauliflower rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
