Ingredients
  

Casserole Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Divided into two cups.
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon Divided into two portions.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Add shredded or cubed chicken, broccoli, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and half the bacon to the cream sauce. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Top the casserole with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
  2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Best served hot. Pair with a green salad or cauliflower rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
