Salad Ingredients
  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped Finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, sliced Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup salami, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated For garnish
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons banana pepper juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop the iceberg lettuce and slice the red onion.
  2. Add the chopped banana peppers, grape tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone cheese, and parmesan cheese to a large mixing bowl.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, and salt until smooth.
Mixing and Serving
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together so all ingredients are coated.
  2. Serve the salad and enjoy the flavors!

Notes

This salad can easily be customized based on personal taste. Consider adding croutons or toasted nuts for extra crunch.
