Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

- In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Cinnamon Filling
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon mixture, smoothing it out gently.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Icing
- For the icing, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cake.
