For the Tiramisu
  • 1 cup strong coffee Brewed and cooled
  • 500 g Magerquark A type of German quark cheese
  • 200 g Greek yogurt For added creaminess
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder Boosts protein content
  • 3 tbsp honey For sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances flavor
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness
  • 24 ladyfingers For layering the dessert
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder For dusting on top

Preparation
  1. Start by making a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Magerquark, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow dish.
  4. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, then place them in a baking dish to form the first layer.
  5. Spread half of the quark-yogurt mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining quark-yogurt mixture.
  7. Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy cold!

Notes

Ensure your coffee is strong for a bold flavor. Use unsweetened cocoa powder for a rich taste. Let the Tiramisu chill overnight for the best results; the flavors meld beautifully.
