- Start by making a strong cup of coffee and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Magerquark, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow dish.
- Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, then place them in a baking dish to form the first layer.
- Spread half of the quark-yogurt mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining quark-yogurt mixture.
- Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Before serving, dust cocoa powder on top.
- Cut into squares and enjoy cold!

Ensure your coffee is strong for a bold flavor. Use unsweetened cocoa powder for a rich taste. Let the Tiramisu chill overnight for the best results; the flavors meld beautifully.
