Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly, then cut into segments.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls for a golden finish.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These pizza rolls are best served warm and can be enjoyed on their own or with marinara sauce for dipping. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm.
