  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Filling ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly, then cut into segments.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls for a golden finish.
Baking
