Ingredients
  

For the brownie base
  • 1 egg 1 egg
  • 15 g 15 g flour
  • 20 g 20 g chocolate protein powder Any flavor of protein powder can be used.
  • 5 g 5 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml 50 ml milk Can be substituted with non-dairy milk for a vegan version.
For the quark filling
  • 250 g 250 g quark Blend with flavor powder for your desired taste.
  • to taste Flavor powder (vanilla) Adjust according to preference.
  • as needed water Water Add to achieve creamy consistency.
For assembly and serving
  • to taste Melted dark chocolate For layering between the bowls.
  • optional Fresh berries or nut butter For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
  2. Microwave the mixture at 750 watts for 3 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, blend together the quark with flavor powder and add water as needed until creamy.
  4. Let the brownie cool, then cut it into four layers.
Assembly
  1. Alternate layers of brownie, quark mixture, and melted dark chocolate in two bowls.
  2. Place the bowls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

The High Protein Kinder Pingui Bowl can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Keep in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
