- In a bowl, mix together the egg, flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
- Microwave the mixture at 750 watts for 3 minutes.
- In another bowl, blend together the quark with flavor powder and add water as needed until creamy.
- Let the brownie cool, then cut it into four layers.
Assembly
- Alternate layers of brownie, quark mixture, and melted dark chocolate in two bowls.
- Place the bowls in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
