  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained Ensure it's well-drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Choose your favorite cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Can substitute with other flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Preparation
  1. Preheat the chaffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the canned tuna, shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spray the chaffle maker with cooking spray.
  4. Pour a portion of the mixture into the chaffle maker and cook until golden brown, usually about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Notes
