  • 1 tsp honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 6-10 cubes ice Adjust for desired thickness

  1. Place the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, skim milk (or almond milk), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and honey into a high-quality blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on a low setting to combine smoothly.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again, gradually increasing the speed.
  4. For a thicker consistency, add more ice cubes and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
  5. Taste the smoothie, and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
  6. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Notes

Elevate your smoothie by sprinkling cinnamon on top or adding whipped cream. This smoothie is also great as a dessert with granola.
