- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Best served hot over rice or noodles, or as a filling for lettuce wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
