  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped Sweet and crunchy base
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Enhances flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Best served hot over rice or noodles, or as a filling for lettuce wraps. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
