Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1.25 cups vanilla Greek yogurt FAGE Total 5% for a thick, velvety texture
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups milk Fairlife for the extra protein boost
Oats and Spices
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 0.75 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.125 tsp ground nutmeg
Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh berries rinsed and patted dry to keep the oats from getting soggy

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed and smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl. Mix until the oats are evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
  3. Divide the oat mixture into individual containers or jars.
  4. Top each serving with fresh berries.
  5. Seal the containers and place them in the fridge. Let them sit overnight (or at least 4-5 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and soften.
Serving
  1. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and enjoy!

Notes

These oats can be served straight from the fridge as breakfast or snack. Customize with extra yogurt, honey, or cinnamon before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, keeping in sealed containers for freshness.
