- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until everything is well mixed and smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl. Mix until the oats are evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
- Divide the oat mixture into individual containers or jars.
- Top each serving with fresh berries.
- Seal the containers and place them in the fridge. Let them sit overnight (or at least 4-5 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and soften.
Serving
- In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and enjoy!
Notes
